Deliciously dark and twisted ‘romance’ from Kat and Agnes

Wrong Way Home - Criminal Delights: TakenWrong Way Home – Criminal Delights: Taken by K.A. Merikan

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

I wrote a really long and detailed review about how amazing this book is but Goodreads decided to crash and lose it.

So I’ll just say this book is occasionally dark and as totally twisted as you’d expect from Kat and Agnes Merikan’s wonderfully alternative imaginations.

Loved it.

So many feels make this a fabulous MMM romance

44302180Uncomplicated by K.M. Neuhold

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Fabulous and my favourite in this set of interconnected books so far.

An exceptionally good MMM narrative which perfectly demonstrates how a two can become a three with good communication and a whole lot of feels.

And believe me, there are feels all over in this book.

I’ve been intrigued by Beau and Cas throughout the Heathens Ink series and now, in this spin-off, we finally get his story.

It’s incendiary. Beau and Cas together, Beau and Finn, Finn and Cas, each one brings something to close the circle of love which began when Cas and Finn were just teenagers.

All three together takes the roof off, they are not only hot, but they’re all emotionally connected and the sex only strengthens the bonds between these men.

I loved this book.

A fitting goodbye to the Regent’s Park Pack from Annabelle

Bitten By Fate (Regent's Park Pack, #6)Bitten By Fate by Annabelle Jacobs

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

I’m gutted that this will be the last Regent’s Park Pack book but Annabelle goes out on a high with an action-packed and tension-filled romance between Daryl, who’s been in the background since the start, and his fellow beta Jason, one of the additions from the Primrose Park Pack.

Everything about this book just worked for me. I loved the idea of the pack bonding exercise providing the impetus for the potential mate bond to spark to life between Daryl and Jason.

Seeing how Daryl fights against all his instincts because of his fears is the central premise of the story, but there are extra layers wrapped around the plot which means it never gets bogged down in a “push me/pull me” narrative.

Nothing made me happier than having a genuine dialogue between the two and a little bit of pack interference from Alec 😉

I shall be sad to say goodbye but this series is one I’ll come back to time and again.
