A book full of joy and all the feels from N.R.

Throwing Hearts 1200Throwing Hearts by N.R. Walker

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Every now and then I want a book that just makes me go awwwww without any angsting, no made up tension, no aggravating plot points to make things drag out.

N.R. Walker’s Throwing Hearts is just joy in book form.

It’s two people falling in love with a side order of brilliantly supportive friends, unexpected romance in the senior citizens section, and a lot of big feels.

I loved it. The Ghost references just made me smile

An uplifting and joyous romance from RJ & Vicki

50577636._SY475_Shadow and Light by R.J. Scott & V.L. Locey

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

What a thoroughly uplifting and joyful book, even though it’s dealing with the aftermath of some horrendous events.

I loved everything about this book, from Henry’s determination to get back on the ice, to Apollo’s warmth and caring heart.

Third in the Arizona Raptors series, I think it could stand alone but the reader would have a much better understanding of the background if they’d read the first two – which are brilliant books in their own right anyways!

Great pacing, the tensions grew organically out of the fears of the two men following their previous experiences and I liked that the friendships which have grown in this series, and the other interlinked ones, were still going strong.

My favourite one yet in this series because I was rooting for Henry to be able to get over his traumatic accident and he did that with the help of a bunch of expert professionals and his own determination.

Unashamedly sensual and sexual this is a masterclass in relationship building

52013371._SY475_Third One by Roe Horvat

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Unashamedly sexual and sensual, Third One is a pitch perfect demonstration of how to write erotica packed full of emotional vulnerability.

With this tale, Roe shows how two can become three when all parties involved have the same desire – to make each other happy.

It’s incendiary level hot, the way Luke is enveloped inside Marcus and Liam’s relationship oozes with sexual chemistry.

But there’s so more than just the sex. Luke gives Liam the impetus to slow his workaholic ways, for Marcus, he’s someone to take care of and Luke himself benefits from knowing he is wanted and that he belongs to the other two.

This series from Roe is rapidly becoming one of my absolute favourites in this genre. Guest appearances from Adam and Christoffe also made me very happy!
