I’d expected the rasp of his beard to be distracting at best and a possible turn-off at worst, but my fickle body kept tossing me more curveballs. I loved the subtle drag of hair against my jaw and cheek so much that I had to touch it with my fingers. Soft. Wiry. Electric.
