My favourite one yet as this gentle giant finds his happy ending

Navigating Noah coverNavigating Noah by Jaclyn Quinn

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

I’ve loved every one of the books in this series do far but I have to admit, this one’s definitely my favourite so far.

Noah is just a gentle giant, a genuinely kind and caring guy who’s dealt with some serious losses with grace and a positive attitude.

His brief weekend long fling with Aiden’s best friend Hunter left him aching for more and when he finds out he’s on his way back from New York but not by himself, Noah offers to go pick him up, even though he’s heartbroken at the thought.

What he finds on arrival is not what he expected, instead of a new partner, Hunter’s brought a baby – his son Logan.

Jaclyn then treats the reader to a beautiful romance wherein Hunter learns just what his heart has been missing with his determination to keep it locked up.

Meanwhile, Noah also realises that wanting to be wanted doesn’t always mean having to be the one doing the caring.

As they slowly build their new little family without consciously doing so, both men begin to let themselves believe that falling in love doesn’t always have to mean your heart gets hurt.

With the sweetest baby on the island stealing everyone else’s hearts, this rapidly becomes a low angst, emotionally steamy romance with the fabulous small town vibe the rest of the series has delivered.

Now there’s just Burke to go and given the hints and suggestions we’ve had in the other books, it’s going to be an all guns blazing, frenemies feeling explosion of UST between him and Jared and I am so on board, flags flying high, for it!

Read this series if you want a lovely, low angsty, emotionally connected bunch of characters who genuinely love each other and their community packed with heat and all the feels.
