Absolutely joyous and such a tonic

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

I was feeling sorry for myself with a horrible head cold when I started reading Pick Me and it was just the tonic I needed.

It’s basically joy in book form and had so many of my favourite tropes in one story that I was utterly spoilt.

The best sunshine one versus the ultimate grumpy one with a similar level of small town vibes as the Whispering Key series it’s a spin-off from, great family vibes, humour that just works gorgeous me, and it’s ridiculously hot.

OMG it might take Knox Sunday a while to wise up to the bounty that is Gage Goodman right under his nose (and in his bed, on his knees, in the shower- you get the drift) but when he does it’s explosive.

I adored this pair and the rest of the Sundays and I cannot wait to see what’s happening with Webb and his “xxxxxxxx” (no spoilers here!)

Loved it 😁
