Another wonderfully sweet addition to the Bryant Park series

My rating: 4 of 5 stars

That was one of the sweetest romances I’ve read in an age and I loved this wee journey with Luis and Fraser.

It’s not all happiness though, there’s a horrendous example of the type of prejudice people of colour have to live with every day as Luis sets off on his journey to become a professional chef at a school where some people don’t want him to succeed.

But from the moment they meet at a play, Luis and Fraser are on fire. Their instant attraction plays out in a hot hook up which turns to more as they find a soul deep connection.

I also really appreciated that V.L. took the road less travelled with Fraser’s ambitions to be an actor, there’s a particular scene which had me almost crying with laughter.

This Bryant Park series has just been a delight from the start.
