So much fun! This book is a hilarious take on the typical high fantasy adventure grouping off on a quest.
In this instance, it’s an obnoxious (on the surface) but not very good wizard, a feisty female leprechaun with a secret and a galoot (a somewhat shorter type of giant).
Throw in a cow which has been spelled to move quickly, a kitten thoroughly deserving of the name Diva, a misplaced spell, a single storey castle with four turrets, a missing pot of promised gold, and you get this absolutely delightful book.
I’d love to read more from this unlikely bunch of adventurers.
