Brilliantly paced paranormal ghostly tale from Morgan
My rating: 4 of 5 stars
My favourite one so far in what is shaping up to be a quite excellent series which has a load of quirks that all add up to great storytelling.
Psychic medium Simon and his homicide detective partner Vic are still gloriously happy together when the threat of a big storm brings with it more ghostly troubles.
I loved both elements of this plot, the historical references to the Revolutionary War era and the Age of Piracy, and the vengeful spirit haunting the plantation.
Morgan Brice always turns out a polished narrative and this book is no exception.
