There’s a lot more actual sport in this one and I think the book was better for it. The real sense of family and friendship you get in a team sport came across much stronger here.
I enjoyed this menage, I think it worked well and Bo and Sasha absorbing David into their relations was done organically and felt completely believable.
David may feel it’s only a temporary thing, but both other men very quickly realise they’d like it to be a permanent situation.
This book is relatively low angst and super steamy with some seriously smexy threesomes which were well written and worked naturally in the interchangeable partnership.
I like how no one bats an eye either in this series, unbelievable in the real world but perfectly wonderful that this ice hockey league and its teams and supporters are totally accepting.
