My rating: 5 of 5 stars
I loved book one in this series and was intrigued with the glimpse of Ethan and Miguel we got in that book. Now we get their full story and it’s an absolute beauty.
I thoroughly enjoyed the meeting of world’s in this one and the gradual expansion of just what being a true mate means and how the shifter packs exist in an old fashioned cocoon outside of society.
They feel very much like the Quakers or perhaps the Amish, living within their small communities, every one working for the betterment of the pack.
Ethan was such a sweetheart, Miguel was all hot and brooding and together they created a wonderful partnership.
